3 c. mashed figs
3 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin

Thoroughly mix figs, gelatins and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and continue into sterilized still hot jars. Cover at once. Makes 5 cups or about 6 (6 ounce) jars.
