SHORTBREAD 
3/4 lb. butter, softened
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. cornstarch
1 c. 10x icing sugar

Combine all ingredients together and mix until well mixed. Spread into round cake pans. Poke with fork all over. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden. Cut into triangles like a cube. Sprinkle with sugar. Let cool and then remove from pan.
