1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
1 can milk
1/4 c. onion, optional
1 (7 1/4 oz.) box macaroni and cheese
1 can green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook hamburger and onion and drain. Cook macaroni and cheese according to directions. Drain green beans. Mix all together and simmer 15 minutes.
