BREADED PORK CUTLETS 
2 slices dry bread
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2 pork cutlets
1 onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Put dry bread through grater - set aside. Mix an egg (slightly beaten) with milk. Dip meat in egg mixture then in crumbs. Brown in a little bit of oil. Put in baking pan adding salt, pepper and onions. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
