CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE 
2 sq. baking chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar

Mix and melt chocolate, butter and milk together. Add sugar, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When boiling turn to lowest point to maintain a boil and cook 10 to 12 minutes without stirring. Cool slightly and drizzle over ice cream, etc. This is a very fudgy and fairly thick sauce.
