CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add chocolate and melt. Stir in hot water, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook without stirring until sauce is thickened, dark and glossy, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Refrigerate leftovers. Reheat before using.
