CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture firmly into bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in Eagle Brand milk, vanilla, and egg; mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
