BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. very ripe bananas, about 2
2 c. Jiffy biscuit mix
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Cream the sugar and shortening. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Grease 9"x5"x3" pan or 2 small pans. Bake about 45 to 55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Put a few lines on top.
