TACO SALAD 
8 c. tortilla chips
1 c. refried beans
2 c. shredded lettuce
2 sliced tomatoes
1 lg. can whole drained olives
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 c. ground beef (opt.)

Heat beans (and meat if used) in saucepan. Pour into large bowl. Add chips, cheese, olives, lettuce and tomatoes. Pour salad dressing over the top. Toss just before serving.
