EASY LASAGNA | |
1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese 1 egg 1/2 tsp. pepper 8 lasagna noodles 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Brown beef, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Combine cottage cheese, egg and pepper. In oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce; alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 2 layers. Heat covered, 30 to 32 minutes or until noodles are tender at 325 degrees. Top with Parmesan cheese if you want, set stand, covered 15 minutes before serving. I usually cook the noodles first. |
