ARTICHOKE FRITTER | |
2 tbsp. butter 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts 1/2 med. onion or green onions 1 clove garlic 4 eggs 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated Saute artichoke, onions and garlic in butter. Combine eggs, bread crumbs, oregano, salt, Tabasco sauce and Cheddar cheese. Mix in sauteed artichokes and onions. Grease well in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut up into 1-inch squares. Serve warm. |
