POT ROAST OR SHORT RIBS | |
2 1/2 - 3 lb. pot roast or short ribs 1 can or jar beef gravy 1 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. chili sauce 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Garlic salt or powder Brown meat on all sides. Mix other ingredients except garlic. Put meat in large casserole. Pour mixture on top, sprinkle with garlic. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Noodles or rice good served with this dish. |
