BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1/3 c. butter 1 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. minced garlic 2 (6 oz.) cans mushrooms 2 lbs. beef sirloin 3/4 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. flour 1 can beef broth 1 c. sour cream 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet Brown onion, garlic, mushrooms in butter. Brown meat strips, remove from skillet and add flour to pan. Add broth and 1/2 sour cream. Stir until thickened. Combine all other ingredients. Bake, covered in 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add remaining sour cream before serving. |
