BLUEBERRY TARTS 
1 qt. blueberries
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
12 tart shells or 2 pie shells
1 pt. heavy cream

Wash and pick blueberries. Add sugar and water. Cook until berries soften. Add vanilla and cool mixture. Spoon berries into tart shells and serve with whipped cream.
