CINNAMON RAISIN BARS 
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water

Cook over medium heat until thick. Cool.

DOUGH:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. oats
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar. Sift flour, salt and soda. Add to creamed mixture. Add oats and water. Pat 1/2 dough into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread with cooled raisin filling. Mix remaining dough with 1 tablespoon water and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine and drizzle icing ingredients over bars while still warm. Cut into 36 bars.
