DEEP DISH PIZZA 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix (Pillsbury)
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella
Chopped green pepper
Sliced pepperoni

Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. In a large bowl mix flour mixture and yeast from the hot roll mix. Stir in salad oil and 1 1/4 cups hot water to form a soft dough.

On a lightly floured surface knead dough for about 5 minutes. Pat dough onto the bottom and halfway up sides. Cover with wax paper and let rise 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix sauce and spices. Spread over dough. Top with cheese and pepperoni or your own favorite pizza toppings. Cook for 25 minutes.
