SCALLOPED CAULIFLOWER 
1 lg. head cauliflower
2 c. med. white sauce
1/4 c. grated cheese
3 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. buttered crumbs

Break the cauliflower into flowerets and cook in salt water until tender; drain. Place alternate layers of the cauliflower, diced eggs and white sauce in a greased casserole. Put a layer of buttered crumbs and grated cheese over the top. Bake at 370 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serves 6.
