1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch salt & pepper

Boil all but vinegar together. Add the vinegar after mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Pour liquid over chopped cabbage and banana and serve.
