OVEN-EASY BAKED RABBIT | |
2-3 lb. rabbit 3/4 stick butter 1 1/2 c. finely rolled salted crackers (Ritz or similar) 1 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip pieces of rabbit meat in melted butter, then roll in cracker crumbs and salt. Place pieces in shallow baking pan but do not crowd. Cover pan with lid or foil. Bake 1 hour. |
