VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 avocado, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges
1 lg. can chunk pineapple
1/2 head lettuce
1/2 bag spinach
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 can artichoke hearts, non marinated

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt

Combine with 2 cups vegetable oil (in blender). Add 3 tablespoons poppy seed, stir in just before serving. Pour on dressing when ready to serve. (May want to make only 1/2 amount of dressing.)
