JELLO PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 lg. box Jello, lemon or lime
1 c. crushed pineapple
4 bananas
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. or 1/2 pt. whipped cream
Oblong pan

Make Jello as directed on package. Add bananas and pineapples (drained, save pineapple juice). Chill and set. In a saucepan slightly beat 2 eggs. Add pineapple juice, flour and sugar. Beat well. Cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat. Add butter and mix. Cool. Add whipped cream; mix. Spread over Jello and garnish with grated Cheddar cheese.
