1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sliced fresh okra
1 lg. egg
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Vegetable oil
