2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
1 egg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a round cake pan. Mix all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with topping (recipe follows). Bake 20-25 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Mix well.
