OATMEAL BREAD 
1 c. oats
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. bran
2 tsp. salt
9-10 c. flour
2 tbsp. yeast
1 c. warm water
1/8 c. cooking oil
7/8 c. molasses
2 eggs

Soak oats, boiling water, bran and salt; set to cool. Soak the yeast and warm water. Mix the cooking oil, molasses, and eggs. Add the oats mixture and yeast mixture to the oil mixture. Add 9-10 cups of flour. Knead well.

Let rise in warm area. Punch down gently. Roll up jelly roll style. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until deep golden brown. Makes 3 loaves.
