BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. honey
2/3 c. butterscotch morsels, melted
1/2 c. salted peanuts, chopped

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk to butter mixture. Add honey, butterscotch morsels and peanuts and mix well. Turn into greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frost with Butterscotch Icing.

BUTTERSCOTCH ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/3 c. butterscotch morsels, melted
1/2 c. salted peanuts, chopped

Cream butter and egg. Add powdered sugar, butterscotch morsels and peanuts. Mix until smooth. Frost butterscotch delight cake.
