CHINESE FRIED RICE 
1/2 c. oil
3 c. long grain rice
2 lbs. pork, cut into bite size pieces and fried with salt, pepper and garlic
1 lb. bacon, cut into 2 inch pieces, fried crisp
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
5 eggs, beaten and scrambled
4 c. water
1 c. soy sauce

Heat oil in skillet. Brown rice until medium brown in color. Heat 4 cups water until almost boiling. Add soy sauce. Slowly add browned rice to water. Bring to boil. Boil water level down to rice level. Cover. Simmer on low until done. Pour in large bowl. Add pork, bacon, eggs and green onions.
