1/2 c. raw long grain rice 1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, diced 1 sm. green bell pepper, diced 2 c. tomato juice 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper In large bowl mix rice, salt, pepper and ground beef together. Form into small balls. Place meat balls in baking dish. Mix tomato juice with onions and bell pepper. Pour over meat balls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. |
