PECAN CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. caramel topping
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Put layer of pecans in circular pattern in bottom of pie crust. Pour 1/4 cup of caramel topping over the pecans. Set aside. Mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla, add 1 egg at a time and beat well. Pour into crust. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool pie, add layer of pecans on top of the pie. Then pour the remainder of caramel topping over the pie and serve.
