RHUBARB DREAM 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
5 tbsp. powdered sugar

Press into 9"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. rhubarb
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt

Spoon onto crust and bake 35 minutes longer. Good served with whipped topping or ice cream. Variation: Use apples instead of rhubarb.
