RHUBARB DREAM PIE 
1 c. flour, presifted
5 tbsp. powdered sugar or 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix well with pastry blender. Pat into 9 inch pie pan.

FILLING:

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
Pinch salt

Mix well. Add 2 cups finely cut up rhubarb. Spoon into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
