HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops with bone
Green pepper, sliced
Carrots (opt.)
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Pinch of thyme
20 oz. can pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice
Olive oil
Sm. onions, peeled & whole
Other vegetables, to taste
Ginger, to taste
1/2 c. white wine (opt.)

Brown pork chops in olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer in covered skillet for 1 hour. Other vegetables can be added such as snow peas, water chestnuts, etc, at the end of cooking.
