1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 5 tbsp. butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in 6 pieces 1/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. lemon juice Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butterscotch chips and butter in saucepan and melt over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs. Set aside 1/2 cup of this mixture. Press remaining mixture into ungreased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. In a separate glass bowl, mix remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread mixture over hot, baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top. Return to oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut in squares. Store in refrigerator. |
