CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/4 lb. beef
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. bean sprouts
1/2 c. green peppers, sliced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, cut into sm. strips
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. beef base

Place beef and oil in pan and cover with water and cook until tender. Add bean sprouts, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook celery, onions, and green peppers in a steamer for 2 minutes (or in open cooker until partly tender). Add to meat and serve over rice.
