BLUEBERRY BANANA PIE 
1 can blueberries (Thank You Brand if possible)
1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 lg. bananas
1 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip

Drain blueberries. Mix cornstarch and sugar and add to juice. Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from fire and add butter and lemon juice. Add berries. Cool. Cut half of a banana in small pieces and add to mixture. Line baked pie crust, sides and bottom with rounds of bananas. Pour cooled mixture over crust. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
