1 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. catsup

Mix together real good. Shape in oblong loaf. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes, basting several times with drippings.
