WHITAKER MACARONI 
2 chopped onions
1 lg. and 1 sm. can stewed tomatoes
8 oz. cooked macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste
2 blocks New York State sharp cheddar cheese

Brown onions in frying pan in small amount of oil or grease. Add stewed tomatoes and simmer about 1/2 hour.

In mixing bowl add onion-tomato mixture to cooked macaroni. Add salt and pepper. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Put macaroni mixture in casserole; add cut up cheese to macaroni, placing it in wedges throughout the macaroni.

Cover the top with sliced cheese. Cook at 375 degrees about 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles and cheese is melted and browned.
