WATERGATE SALAD 
1 pkg. pistachio pudding (3 3/8 oz.)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
2-3 c. mini marshmallows
10 oz. whipped topping or Cool Whip

In large bowl, mix pudding and pineapple. Pour in coconut and marshmallows. Add the Cool Whip. Mix together. Refrigerate a couple hours, or overnight.
