TOSSED SALAD 
1 sm. bunch Romaine, torn into pieces
2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 c. sliced radishes
3 green onions, sliced (about 3 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp. tarragon or wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Dash of freshly ground pepper

Toss Romaine and oil until leaves glisten. Add remaining ingredients; toss. 8 servings.
