VELVET PIE 
10 - 14 plain chocolate wafers
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
10 lg. marshmallows
1 1/2 oz. cream de cacao
1 1/2 oz. orange liqueur
1 c. whipped cream
Sheared semi - sweet chocolate

Crush wafers and mix crumbs with sugar and melted butter (enough butter to hold together). Press into a 9 inch pie shell and chill. Heat milk until it bubbles. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cream de cacao and orange liqueur; cool mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Fold in sheared semi - sweet chocolate. Freeze until firm. Can be topped with more whipped cream and sheared chocolate.
