6 eggs Homogenized milk 2 tbsp. vanilla Dash salt 1 c. condensed milk (not evaporated) Caramelized sugar, 1 1/2 -2 c. In heavy pan, melt sugar using top of stove. When melted, pour immediately into baking pan. In blender, mix eggs, condensed milk, salt and vanilla. Add enough milk to fill blender. Mix well. Pour into baking pan containing caramel. Bake in larger pan filled 3/4 full with water, 350 degrees until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Invert into serving dish pouring caramel over all. Serve well chilled. |
