CROCKPOT ZUCCHINI | |
6 c. zucchini thinly sliced 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. shredded carrots 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. flour 1 (8 oz.) stuffing crumbs 1/2 c. butter Combine zucchini, onions, carrots, and soup. Combine sour cream and flour and stir into vegetables. Toss crumbs and butter. Put half crumbs on bottom of crockpot, then vegetables; put remainder of crumbs on top. Cook on low for 7 hours. |
