2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 (29 oz.) can peaches
1 pt. ice cream

Simmer all ingredients but ice cream for 10 minutes. Spoon ice cream into dessert dishes. Top with hot peaches and sauce.
