ORANGE BARBEQUE CHICKEN 
8 oz. tomato sauce
3 tbsp. reduced-calorie orange marmalade
1 tsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. minced onion flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
2 lbs. boned chicken breasts

Combine all items but chicken. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in pan sprayed with with non-stick cooking spray. Spread half of the sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered one hour basting with sauce several times. Heat remaining sauce to be used when serving. 8 servings, 197 calories, 5 grams fat.
