1 1/2 lbs. ground meat 1 lg. bell pepper 1 lg. onion 1 c. uncooked rice 1 can stewed tomatoes 2 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt, pepper, and garlic powder Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to meat. Brown in skillet, pouring off excess liquid. Add tomatoes, rice, and chili powder. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes. Check once; if dry, add small amount of water. |
