CRAZY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 can crescent rolls
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)

Brown meat; drain. Add onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and tomato paste. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese and parsley. Shape crescent rolls into a large rectangle. Spoon half of meat mixture on center of dough. Top with cottage cheese, then remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top. Bring dough up from sides; seal. Beat egg, brush mixture over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
