BACON WATER CHESTNUT HORS
D'OEUVRES
 
1 lb. bacon
2 cans whole water chestnuts
1 bottle barbeque sauce
Toothpicks

Cook bacon until done but not crisp. Cut each strip in half and wrap half strip around one water chestnut and secure with toothpick through the center. Place in heated barbeque sauce with the toothpicks pointing up. Serve hot. (If necessary these can be warmed in the oven in casserole dish.)
