RICE FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 c. boiling water, scant
1 pkg. lemon flavored Jello
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. rice, cook and cool

Cook pudding mix according to package directions. Mix boiling water with Jello; cool. Combine with pudding. Fold in rice, whipped cream, fruit, and marshmallows. Mix well. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan or a gelatin mold. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

For variations use different flavored Jello.
