PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
2 tsp. maple extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. Sweet 'n Low brown sugar
1 tbsp. Sweet 'n Low sugar
1/4 tsp. each salt, nutmeg, ginger, cloves
1 tsp. each cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda
1 c. flour

Mix ingredients in order listed; beat after each ingredient. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 12 (modified).
