2 doz. chicken drummettes
1 c. butter
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Melt butter. In bowl combine Italian crumbs with remaining ingredients. Dip chicken drummettes in melted butter and then into crumb mixture.

Place drummettes on foil covered cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until brown (begin checking at 1/2 hour). Serve hot.
