HOT STUFF (CHILI) 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 sm. onion, diced
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. bottle Tabasco
1 med. jar hot peppers, diced
2 pkgs. chili-o seasoning mix
2 lg. cans red kidney beans
Garlic salt
4 lg. tomatoes, crushed
1 med. jar jalapeno peppers, diced
3 jars Frito-Lay hot salsa

Peel and dice onion finely to taste. Chop peppers and mix with onion. Brown ground meat and sprinkle with garlic salt. Add onion-pepper mixture to ground beef while cooking. Drain grease from cooked beef. Add beef mixture to stock pot and blend in balance of ingredients over medium heat. Simmer to desired thickness. It'll melt your dentures.

OPTIONAL: Add slices of Colby cheese to bowls at time of serving. Crackers may also be used.
